How we handle inquiry information.

Student Skills Studio, LLC (“SSS,” “we,” or “us”) uses family information only to respond, operate the Studio, and understand whether our outreach is useful.

A practical summary

We collect only what we need to understand the starting point and reply.

The Quick Family Inquiry is not a medical or mental-health intake. Please do not submit diagnoses, medication lists, or urgent or highly sensitive health information through it.

Information we collect

When a parent or guardian submits an inquiry, we collect the guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, the student's first name and school stage, selected areas of concern, preferred starting point and delivery format, an optional family goal, and contact consent.

We also record basic submission and campaign details such as date and time, referral page, UTM parameters, and Google click ID when present. Our website may use measurement technologies through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads. Those services may process browser, device, IP-address, and interaction information under their own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use this information to acknowledge and review inquiries, assess educational fit and availability, reply to families, maintain an intake ledger, prevent spam or duplicate submissions, measure lead conversions, and improve the website and inquiry process.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and Studio operations. We do not sell family inquiry information. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Security and children's information

We use reasonable safeguards for stored inquiry information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security. The Quick Family Inquiry is intended for a parent or guardian to complete; children should not submit it on their own.

Updates

We may revise this notice as the Studio's tools or practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
